Absolute worst place, aren’t worried abt getting you in when needed and the front desk people will run ya in a loop. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially young women trying to understand their bodies.
Great midwives, I feel understood and taken care of. Scheduling over the phone is slightly difficult as they only have one person who does all scheduling for all offices via phone - highly recommend scheduling all prenatal appointments in advance at the office if you can.
Don’t go here. I was 5 mins late to my appointment and they refused to see me. The parking lot & layout of the building is confusing. Causing me to be late. There is no notice of this policy on my chart or any of the confirmations. Except a printed page at their front desk. I called the office manager and she never returned my call. Oh and the next appointment isn’t for another 45 days. Unkind policies and zero response. They should be ashamed.
