Terrible customer service. I called to speak with a rep at Lifestages about an oncoming appointment, the lady that I spoke with on 5/18/2026 between the hours of 10:45am to 10:55am EST was so rude and condescending. She would not answer any of my questions or say her name, and she cut the call on me. when I called back, she picked the call and left the phone. I expect this to be investigated, as this is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
Scheduled an appointment in January 2026 for the next available appointment which was April 15. On March 24, I received a message via MyChart that the appointment was cancelled due to a schedule change. When I called to reschedule for a cancellation by the office, the first available appointment was JUNE 2026. I will be finding a different doctor and center.
Absolute worst place, aren’t worried abt getting you in when needed and the front desk people will run ya in a loop. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially young women trying to understand their bodies.
Great midwives, I feel understood and taken care of. Scheduling over the phone is slightly difficult as they only have one person who does all scheduling for all offices via phone - highly recommend scheduling all prenatal appointments in advance at the office if you can.
