Very disappointed in my 60 minute reflexology. I used to come here all the time and have great experiences with Ken and a few other masseurs. The chairs that are normally in the front that would be for reflexology were curtained off, so I was laying on a massage table face up… quite uncomfortable. Absolutely NEVER going there again! They are incompetent, lazy--at least they are rude! Went there for a 45min "foot" massage and the lady just rubbed my shins for 35 straight minutes wearing latex gloves which were chaffing my skin! I told her a couple of time to use some cream or oil coz my skin started to burn, but either she didnt hear me or pretend that she didn't--kept going.
