This facility has horrible staff service. First of all, I chose to fire my first counselor. She was supposed to be there to direct me with my problems, though when I would cry in my sessions with her, I had to cough at times, she would put her head to the side and behave like she was going to vomit every time that I coughed. That was very unprofessional. She told me that she couldn't take it when I would cough, though she is currently a counselor at this location. LifeSpring Health Systems in Paoli has been incredibly helpful to me. I have found their staff and clinicians to be the MOST caring and accommodating. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to provide care with understanding and expediency. They are professional, compassionate, and communicative. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful they are in our community.
They’re a joke!!! Say they deal with mental health but I just tried to get my son in there for help and got turned away they ask if he was verbal and when I said yes she automatically came up with another excuse
