LifeSpring has helped me so much. I have a wonderful therapist who has helped me learn how to manage my anxiety and stress through meditation, and my social skills have improved so much after meeting such wonderful people at the office who are all so kind and helpful. If it was not for the people at LifeSpring, my mental health would not have improved as much as it has, and for that, I am eternally grateful for the help I have received from their services.
LifeSpring has helped me in so many ways, they truly are caring and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with mental health problems! Becky at the front desk is easy to talk to and will help get you where you need to be.
I have been very pleased with LSH services. They were there for me during a very rough time in my life. They offer so many services such as medication review, psychiatrist, face to face therapy. They also offer EMDR and gene testing. They will assist clients with applying for insurance. I highly recommend Lifesprings. Michelle Emmons, LCSW goes above and beyond to help clients. Thank you Michelle and LSH.
I have a wonderful therapist, a wonderful pyschiatrist and they have options for both video appointments or in person. They also have an app that allows you to easily see when your appointments are. :)
