Had lights put into the driveway and some landscape lights done in the back. Results were pretty much what I expected but the customer service afterwards, not so good. The year after installation I had my yard aerated and it punched/cut the power line to the landscape lights. After repair was made I got a bill. I called Troy and told him about the aeration being the cause and after consulting his tech he told me it was caused by being chewed on. LifeSpark Outdoor Lighting came today to correct a problem I was having with my lighting system that they had installed several years ago. I want to thank their technician, Mic, for being an especially helpful and knowledgeable person. He was willing and ready to explain to me exactly what the problem was and to show me how he was going to correct it. My system is working perfectly now. Mic Carr was absolutely amazing. I was at work and not able to be at home, so he called and updated me throughout the day as he was making the adjustments to my lights. He knew exactly how to fix what I needed repaired. He added the lights exactly where I needed them. He communicated all along the way and completed all four things exactly as I had asked. I could not ask for better service. He was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and this technician.
