I just moved to RI and needed to see UC. I was a little hesitant to come here because of the low reviews, but ended up very happy with my experience. Everyone I interacted with - the triage nurse, nurse practitioner, PA, and especially receptionist - was super friendly and warm, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their work. I got the help I needed and was in & out in an hour, which was completely unexpected. I definitely recommend Lifespan UC and will not hesitate if I need them again in the future.
Waited 2 hours to be seen! I stepped outside for 10 minutes seeing as to how I was waiting, again 2 hours at this point. I come back and they gave my spot up to someone else! I will never come here again!!!!!!! Would give a 0 stars if I could! Anything lifespan related is absolute trash!!!!!!!!!!!! I went back yesterday and thankfully was able to be helped with my visit. I went here for treatment today, and had a great experience! I was greeted right after my arrival by the receptionist, who was very pleasant. The wait wasn't long at all. Jennifer, the medical assistant, took all of my info. She was so pleasant and professional :-) I was then treated by Robert, one of the PAs there. He listened to what I had to say, then did my exam. He gave me my diagnosis and wrote the prescriptions I needed. I was very happy with the care I received there!
Just tried to be seen for an urgent medical problem and was told the doctor has stopped seeing patie to because there are 17 patients that need to be seen. It's 645pm. They close at 8pm. I. Sure the big wigs at Brown University Health would not like to here that they just turned me and the 2 people that came in after me away !!!!!
Truly such an amazing experience being treated here. I was in and out within 40 minutes and everyone was extremely kind and caring towards me. They answered all my questions and were transparent about pricing since I don't have health insurance. I'll definitely be coming here in the future for any urgent health needs.
