The nurses that see and treat people here are incredibly rude and dismissive.
Kind and helpful front desk associates, knowledgeable and helpful PA and nurses. I felt very well taken care of. There is a bit of waiting time but only due to busy treatment rooms and not as reviewed here, for any other reason.
Zero if possible. I walked in with just a slight issue I wanted to get clarification on. Called in and they said sure come on down. I get there and the check in took a while. Lot of questions, took a while. Keep in mind only two other people were in the waiting room. At around 1 they let me in to the exam rooms. I got there nurse did her thing said the PA would be in shortly. An hour goes by and nothing. I sit there for another 10 minutes and finally she walks in. She takes one quick glance at my problem. Really dismissive nurse. I came to.them on tears with high blood pressure and a nose bleed that keeps coming back. I had to ask her to examine the nostril (wasn't bleeding at the time), complaining of pressure and discomfort...didn't even ask me to tip my nose back, just flashed for 2 seconds. Told me she didn't see signs of infection, well duhhhhh blood is coming from the posterior portion of my nose, were the nostrils meets the hole in my skull.. of course you won't see it, but she wasn't even concerned
Unfortunately, I have had to come here several times over last few years. Fortunately, the visits have been good overall, and the staff & nurses have been helpful. It is a blessing on the weekend, or after hours during the week. The wait time can be a bit long, but that is just the reality of the situation... Especially in the summer in a shoreline state.
