So I come in for really bad pain in my throat nurse checks me says my glans are swollen and it seems like you have strep throat I'll check the test but I can provide anything unless the test is positive then tells me that the test they use is not always accurate looks like this visit was a waste I'm gonna go down the road to another place if my test comes back positive I'm fight my payment with my insurance

I called at 4:45 when we were on our way over. The reception said that they were still accepting walk-ins, and we had to be there by 5, I got there exactly at 5, and they refused to take me. An employee named Shannon refused and said that they were full back there. i told her while someone on the phone told me yes. "Rolled her eyes" and said that I didn't call here. I honestly feel bad writing a bad review because the people that work here are super nice, just negligent. I went in yesterday for what I knew had to be strep. I got into the room super fast & got swabbed. A few minutes later the dr came back and told me my results were negative and that they would send my swab for further testing. Initially she told me she wasnt going to prescribe me anything but after saying how much pain I was in she offered to just prescribe me a mouth wash to help numb it and I accepted. Twice this week I walk in to be told there’s no more availability. Ok. I can see the turn away on Monday as I walked in 20 minutes before closing. But tonight I was there 2 hours before closing and still told no availability. Lobby only had about 3 people waiting. It’s a shame.
