I have never been to an urgent care luckily but tonight was my time. I cut the tips of my finger off in a non emergency way and made my way here. I was met with many staff members while I was there and all where very friendly and attentive. I hope to never have to go again but if I did..id go here!
Worst place.
Went in for bad skin allergic itch and rash and also to get a refill of my medication due to my primary care haven retired and I was waiting for a new doc appt. They wouldn’t refill simple meds , even omaprozole.The NP spent no more than 5 minutes, tuned out of my concerns and bluntly said they wouldn’t fill any of those needed meds and gave me an RX cream for my skin rash/ itch, only for me to find out later she gave me very little which wasn’t enough for the whole course of treatment, and when I appealed to them to send mo... read more
Went in at 7:09 pm. Was told that they were no longer taking in patients due to needing to get everyone out by 8. If that is the case the close time should not be 7pm not 8pm.
