The clinical service I received at this sleep center was excellent, except for waiting several weeks for the result. The worst part was the price; the receptionist who booked my visit for the "at-home sleep apnea kit" pickup guaranteed that BCBS would reimburse the service. Having recently gone through one rejection from BCBS for the in-clinic service prescribed by my PCP, I assumed the sleep center had my file. Never assume. I now have to disburse $500 out of pocket.
