Tardan demasiado para atender según la cita era alas 2:00 ahora ya va 30 minutos de retraso no se que estarán haciendo estas mujeres que no atienden ala hora y eso que yegue con tiempo anticipado
I want to start off and say the office was clean and it was a calm atmosphere. Yolanda answered every question we had and helped us understand the appointment. The employees were very polite and kept smiles on their face. I definitely love this place and I loved how sweet they were to my kiddos!
The evaluation per see went well. The assigned psychologist was very professional. However, the wait time is a little too long. I was told initially that I would get the results in a couple of weeks. A month has passed and we still don't have them...
Called about a full mental health evaluation, give them my insurance asked multiple times to make sure that my insurance would cover things they told me yes multiple times and until the night before my appointment rolls around they sent me an email saying the insurance does not cover anything and I’ll have to pay $1300 out of pocket. I have blue cross blue shield btw. BFFR
