Awful service at the receptionist. I tried getting an appointment for multiple weeks, I had a major issue that required by be seen as soon as possible, and nobody bothered to call me back. I told the receptionist to schedule me for any day at all in a time, and to just tell me what day nobody ever called me back. Awful awful service. The doctor is great, but the receptionist unfortunately are absolutely horrible. Nobody ever calls you back.
Never had an issue! Always nice and caring. Been helpful my whole pregnancy. Always worked with my work schedule. Definitely will always go here
Also leaving my own positive review as all the negative ones are not insightful. Lifespan and their OBGYN doctors are fantastic and very accommodating. I have been coming here for years and they are the best.
I’m not sure why these reviews are so bad. Wanted to leave a review with my positive experience to help balance the scales. All the women in this office are AMAZING, from the women at the front desk, the ultrasound techs and the doctor I saw. No judgement and just so sweet and comforting. I don’t want to go into detail but they squeezed me in extremely last minute for an appointment when I was fully freaking out and it meant the world to me. Compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable. So I called to request an appointment while I was on hold to speak to the office people the voice message said '' good news, we're accepting new patients'' I get though and talked to the lady on the phone the first thing she said WE DON'T ACCEPNT NEW PATIENTS and hang-up! Very rude if you ask me! I ended up calling another center, although they are booked till end of June the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. From a woman to another, shame on this center treating patients like that. Do better.
