The nurse practitioners are a disaster. The scheduling/front desk staff are rude and dont want to bother. The office manager overlooks all of the issues. All of these things equal one giant mess of an office. Stay away!
Very pleasant and attentive office staff, and the doctors I've seen have been more than accommodating and understanding! Dr. DeYoung made sure I was heard and pointed me in the right direction for further treatment of my endometriosis, and Dr. Clarke-Donat and her team are truly amazing!! Never as a woman have I felt more seen and heard in areas of concerns; the validation and empathy for care was beyond refreshing. I recommend these doctors to anyone!
Awful service at the receptionist. I tried getting an appointment for multiple weeks, I had a major issue that required by be seen as soon as possible, and nobody bothered to call me back. I told the receptionist to schedule me for any day at all in a time, and to just tell me what day nobody ever called me back. Awful awful service. The doctor is great, but the receptionist unfortunately are absolutely horrible. Nobody ever calls you back.
Never had an issue! Always nice and caring. Been helpful my whole pregnancy. Always worked with my work schedule. Definitely will always go here
Also leaving my own positive review as all the negative ones are not insightful. Lifespan and their OBGYN doctors are fantastic and very accommodating. I have been coming here for years and they are the best.
