Seems like this office reputation is NOT to call a patient or just say you in a WQ waiting to be Triaged, AND they will call you. (Famous last words) After calling multiple times and stopping by the office, they in return said the referral is not for their office and said, I do not know what to tell you. My doctor's office sent over a referral over a month ago. I have called lifespan GASTROENTEROLOGY on multiple occasions and they claimed they would call me back shortly. I explained to there office that I am having extreme stomach pain, I get light headed a lot, loss of appetite and if I do eat something I am vomiting it back up. They still have not returned my calls even though I explained to the office staff that answers the phone I am suffering.
