I called Brown health billing customer service for a question about ‘facility charge’ on bill, however, he asked me to contact physician office directly. So I called Brown Health GI office. I clearly stated that this charge was not showing on the bill of December’s visit but showing on March’s visit so if it’s something new. Very unorganized, incompetent and unprofessional. Gave my son the wrong numbers to call for his referral to pain management and then can't get ahold of anyone so we actually drive there and they gave us another wrong number. We have tried to get meds refilled and can't even get them to do that all the while my son is in extreme pain. Too many complaints and not enough space. I had to give at least 1 star cuz they don't let u give negative stars. They really don't seem like they care.

Dr. Malik is excellent as is Gabrielle Burke. Sometimes it's a little hard to get through on the phone but if you leave a message they do call you back. They answer portal messages. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Absolutely despicable experience dealing with this office. STAT referral was sent to them 3/10. Spent weeks playing phone tag between my PCP & this office with them constantly claiming they did not receive the referral. Upon week 4 of phone tag and being told my referral was not sent, I contacted patient affairs to let them know about the sheer lack of urgency on their part. Looks like im experiencing what everyone else is. Nobody answers the phone ive experienced this multiple times so its not a one off. Ive waited on phone for 30 minutes listening to it saying we will call you back leave a message or wait which nobody answers it could take up to 48 hours to call you back. Ive had where they didnt call back. So how come this is happening either hire someone to actually call you back.
