The receptionist was rude and not wearing a mask tho brown University is forcing everyone else too. She was the only unmasked worker and she gave me attitude for not wearing one. Seems like this office reputation is NOT to call a patient or just say you in a WQ waiting to be Triaged, AND they will call you. (Famous last words) After calling multiple times and stopping by the office, they in return said the referral is not for their office and said, I do not know what to tell you.
