They had my doctor up and quit and had no contingency plan whatsoever. All I got was a phone call saying that all my future appointments were canceled (this guy was actively messing with my medications, mind you). I call the office to see what's going on and the receptionist tells me they have a "special team" working on getting the former doctors patients set up with a new doctor. I expressed concerns that my medications were new, and she says "don't worry about it, just go to the ER if you have side effects or relapses". B... read more
All of the negative reviews are confirmed. They sent a letter(to the wrong address) stating my Doctor had moved on to another practice and I had 90 days to find another doctor. I never received the letter, ran out of meds and was pretty much told I was on my own.
If you want to go somewhere for psychiatric help, and would like to simply be kicked out when they have staff turnover...this is the place for you! Got a letter, Dr. is gone, they offered 90 days of transition assistance with meds. If you have any experience with needing mental health care, you know the waitlist alone may take longer than that. Thanks!
