I found it very cold with the doctor. I felt very much like a number and I did not like the synopsis. It was very strange to hear that that I had been given a referral for something other than I went there for has nothing to do with a sleep apnea problem, it has something to do with my eye, and that was not really addressed or explain properly to me. I’ve lost faith in the new doctors of today .
Positives: Scheduling was a breeze—I got an appointment with the optometrist right away, which was convenient. The office itself is clean and well-kept, creating a positive first impression. Negatives: Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. In the midst of checking in, the front desk staff engaged in personal conversations, leaving me standing there waiting to complete check-in, which felt unprofessional. Billing was also problematic. Waiting hours For a doctor to come in
Find another eye doctor unless you want to wait hours to see the doctor. I walked out and will never go back.
