I cannot think of a less organized medical experience. I feel like half the people who work here are under qualified and have no idea what is going on. They called me to schedule an ultrasound today, and my baby was born 10 days ago and due earlier this week. How could you be that far behind?! And you don't have a specific doctor; you see 8 different people and have to explain who you are each time. There is no personalization and bo reassurance. Rhode Island is so behind with OB medicine.
I had excellent care here during my pregnancy. Everyone, from docs, to midwives, to nurses, to the front desk were so helpful and kind. I felt supported through what turned into a higher risk situation and had a positive experience with my c section by Dr Randall.
All the OB doctors / Nurses and staff I’ve meet and seen during my pregnancy have been amazing.
Don’t risk your life with this place. Simple.
