You would think they would read these reviews and try to do better. Their fax machine clearly does not work, and they seem to give no other options for how to send medical records if you are looking to transfer into their office. I have had my records faxed 3 times in the past two weeks. They claim to have not received it. Just to check and not be quick to blame them, I had my old office fax it to my work fax. I have been coming here for years. Dr. Erin Kunkel delivered my daughter 7 years ago, she was amazing. Dr. Jessica Torres delivered my son 4 years ago. They were both incredible and walked me through every step of the way. I have seen other providers as well, and they are just as great. The front desk ladies have always been very kind to me, and the nurses always helped me with any concerns I had and called me back right away. I wish I could give this HORRIBLE place 0 stars. I’m 4 months pregnant and Ive been trying to make an appointment to see an OBGYN here for WEEKS now. The woman on the phone who I spoke to told me that they needed my medical records (a single ultrasound picture) from a previous doctors office faxed to them before they could book me for an appointment.
