My disabled child on wheelchair waited 3 hours and they did not do a test for him.2 hour on waiting area and 1 extra hour in dressing area we left and unable to stay more then 3 hours there.This is the worst hospital expierence we ever had .Mass general and Boston children's never make us wait more than 15 minutes .This is totally unacceptable. I would never come back to this hospital again for the test.They even let everyone in who came after us but not us.Shame and disgrace.
I had an appointment in April for an MRI on the anesthesia because I am very bad being that close to to the machine and being stuck 2 1/2 hours and I’ve tried without it and I kept on having panic attacks then they called me two days before my MRI that I wasn’t able to get it done because they had an emergency!! So they scheduled me for July 25 then they called and said we have an opening on July 4. I said July 4 that’s a holiday you have anesthesiologist there I was told yes he just called it in saying he’s working on Fourt... read more
