I arrived this morning to have an MRI. When I was called, two men greeted me. One was in training. I was feeling very vulnerable and on edge. Within a short time, my edginess was fading. As I was heading into the machine, I thanked the technician “for all kindnesses” and I meant it. He informed me at every juncture, with the information I needed at that moment. Super quick. A ton of parking. Multiple restrooms. Wi-Fi available. My tech lady was Debbie I think and she was super sweet. It was my first x ray so I didn’t know what to do and she never made me feel dumb and was great to me.
Every time I go there for ANY imaging, it is fast, easy and everyone there are kind, courteous and cordial!
