I am done going to this location ever again. The woman (Sue) at the desk is the most nasty and condescending employee although there are others as well. On one occasion, she was complaining that she couldn’t find a vein in my arm. Without a word, she stuck the needle in my hand. Today, she told me she had no blood work listed for me which was not true. Having to get bloodwork regularly for my oncologist is stressful enough. I’ve never had any problems at other Brown labs. I’ll just have to drive further I guess.
As a former employee fired for retaliation run from this place, it is dirty and it is run so shady!!!! No

Overall I have no problems most of the time. There is a women however that does work there her name is Stacey i believe she always has an attitude and honestly is very unpleasant when she took my sons blood work last time we were here she dug so hard into my sons arm that he was complaining about. The rest of the people who work there are fantastic and we've never had problems with them. Just this one worker
