Multiple surgeries at TMH and it’s been a wonderful experience each and every time!
Miriam Hosp should be ashamed of how they conduct and treat people coming in to the ER. To have to stand in a small hall and wait to be called is just inappropriate. People not feeling well. Being sent to the ER by their physician or any other type of incoming emergency should not have to be left standing 20+ minutes just to be called to check in. What a broken system. Miriam USED to be a good provider. Sad to see it so trashy!
They took 6 hours to give xray results
It is extremely difficult to get a surgery scheduled here. I have been waiting for the surgical coordinator to call me since July 25th to schedule my surgery. I have called and left several messages for this person through my doctor's office. They have not returned a single one of my calls. It is super frustrating! I didn't have any issues with scheduling at Sturdy Health!
I'm the er for 5 hours, the male at the desk says there are 2 people ahead of you, 5-7 people get called and still not my turn. The female doesn't ask anyone's name or how long they are there just tells you another 3.5 hrs. I was sent here by my doctor after being seen at the doctor's, there is a poor girl who hasn't stopped vomiting for the last 3 hrs and no one has come out to see if she needs anything else, she has a grocery bag she is vomiting into.
