if you are not bleeding out do not come here, i just sat in the emergency room for 6 hours and i wasn’t seen by anyone. prescribing myself a noose would’ve been more effective.
I will never bring my mom here again we waited over 4 hours until we finally got up and left and went to sturdy hospital in Attleboro. I’ll never come back here again
I was most impressed by the level of care I witnessed at the emergency room at this fine hospital. Upon entering we were treated with the utmost respect, beginning with the security guard at the entrance. My purse triggered a red flag and had to be wand scanned, due to the hardware. She was respectful and explained the concern, which I appreciated. The wait to check in took 45 minutes due to the vast number of people needing medical attention. The check-in process was seamless. Worst ER experience of my life. Sat in excruciating pain for over 6 hours with not a single bit of communication and was treated like absolute garbage by the entire “leadership” team when I raised concerns. Called the patient liaison office immediately upon leaving and was brushed off entirely. I’ve worked in hospitals for years and have never seen anything like this.
