I really want to get -5 stars. Very very disappointed, my husband has a scheduled surgery. We have been here since 6AM. It is well into the afternoon. I was not able to go into pre op prior to surgery and he has been out of surgery in recovery since 10am and I'm still unable to see him. No one communicates. Why are we unable to see our loved ones after surgery in recovery? Are you hiding something??? If they happen to be admitted in patient visiting hours are 11-1 and then 4-7. My ER experience was a 3 but I will not let that affect EVERYTHING else that happened after . On October 5th 2024 I went in for my triglycerides because they were high. So bad that I'm still currently in the hospital Oct 18th 2024 . So far ALL the nurses have been great but out of my 2 weeks here 4 RN's have stand out the most Chabela 1st shift and Sal 2nd shift both in 2nd floor a step down from the ICU, Melissa (and her student Ari) and Heather 1st shift from 3rd floor east these 4 ladies stand out the most because not onl... read more
So I would like to say 4 east was amazing stay for my husband
Parking is horrible. Had to park on the street and got a ticket after 6 minutes. Everyone is slow. Our doctor was cool. Do not recommend.
Took a breathing test person was great and very helpful
