One star rating for the visit today (Monday, March 17, 2025 at approx. 3:30 p.m.) My husband brought our 4-year-old for blood work. Our 4-year-old was tearful and obviously terrified to have blood drawn. The phlebotomist/RN present (woman with short light brown hair with glasses) was immediately visibly annoyed, impatient, and seemingly exasperated with our 4-year-old. I took my very anxious 10 year old for blood work. They were so amazing and walking through everything and helping me distract here while drawing the blood. Even after when my daughter was feeling the effects of her anxiety they got her an ice pack and gave her some time to calm down. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Always very nice and friendly and professional never have I ever had a problem with anyone 😊
