I Always have my blood test at this location they are usually great. Yesterday I went and the person drawing my blood didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was not able to do it. The person with her said she can try it again in the other arm? I said no I'm leaving. As I was getting up the person with her said can I try? I ended up letting her. She did manage with no problem. I am not sure what is going on at this location but it was very unprofessional and I won't be back. They need to hire more competent people. I am ... read more
Had my blood drawn by Melissa. Was very gentle and respectful drawing my blood. Appreciate her efforts.
Long waiting time for two days straight even at 7:30 long line
The laboratory is completely incompetent. I wont return there. The customer service rep was rude I was trying to get help interpreting results. They send me them but I have nothing to scan them with and I know something is wrong!
