It’s been 45 minutes and still waiting to get blood drawn . Longest wait ever
The phelbotomist is a gem. She does a wonderful job.
I have had blood work here before as my Primary Doctor is in this building. So I normally have the same female well this time it was a male taking my blood and I noticed he didn't tie the rubber band on my arm just stuck the needle in and drew 5 tubes of blood. I had waited 35 minutes to get this much needed blood work done, well I have a big bruise on my arm I wanted to call and complain but I don't think it would get me anywhere as I feel this young man is not qualified to ever take my blood again, So I will show this to m... read more
Tammy was wonderful she made getting bloodwork done an absolute breeze with two children. She was so patient and helpful. She made everyone feel comfortable and made the experience a positive one. We also walked right in which was great!
Lunch hours are incorrect. I waited for 2 hours to get blood drawn. She didn't come back till 1:30.2 hours now
