The office staff was very pleasant however, the technician didn't follow standard Bloodwork procedures to ensure minimal infection risk.
I usually go to this location, NEVER had a problem until I went on 1/8/24 and was treated rudely. Person taking my information was just about shouting my personal information out loud, I was UNAWARE I needed a mask, they said rudely " Here wear this" AND talking with someone in waiting room, had a mask on openly admitted she has COVID. A person with severe anxiety and has trouble going places such as this , if the staff can't have compassion, either don't work with public or get out of medical field.
