I’ve been to many Lifespan (“Brown University Health” lol) labs across the state, and this location, by far, had the nicest staff out of all of them. Every single person that was working was so sweet, and I had no complications while getting my blood drawn, which is uncommon for me. It was also probably the quickest I’ve ever been in and out. This is absolutely my new first-choice location!
Went to have bloodwork done 1/8/25 and had several issues with this location. 1. The people here do not speak to you, they SCREAM. 2. I was “asked” the perfunctory questions (i.e. verify your name, DOB, address, etc.) not as a series of questions but as a rapid fire monologue where I was given no chance to respond or correct anything. 3. I asked, and then had to demand, that they verify my insurance as it is JANUARY and my insurance has changed. The tech just kept saying “it’s in the computer”. 4.
