I couldnt find it within the Thundermist building. The Lifespan lab signs are not visible, I am not sure that you can just walk in and have bloodwork done, too confusing to find..
only went for blood work seems good! actually update : my bloodwork has not been faxed to my dr. I have been calling to get it faxed for two weeks and i left a message and nothing has been done. Simple blood work fax I called and i’m staying on the operators with 100 options. I will just drive there. Avoid this LAB if you can. the receptionist been working here for 8 years when i asked the number she gave me the number without the area code as if i’m from here to know the area code and finally i looked around and it’s right ... read more
