This is no longer a Brown Health Lab location. However, no one has updated the website or google to state as much. It is now East Side Clinical Laboratory
I've gone here in the past and they were great. Went to get Labs drawn and they close at 4:45 now but have not updated their hours
DOES NOT CLOSE AT 745!! CLOSES AT 430!! Rudest most nonchalant staff ever. Brown needs to update their hours for all the labs to the ACTUAL HOURS THEY ARE NOW OPEN! Since their staff works less than bank tellers.
The lab desk check-in experience here is consistently unprofessional and disrespectful Patients are left waiting for long periods without communication, and the staff member is often rude, loud, and dismissive. It’s disappointing to see this level of behavior at a healthcare facility for the 3rd time now .
I had to take my two grandsons for bloodwork and I was looking for a lifespan lab that has now changed over and I was in Coventry and this was the closest one. I have to say all three of the women that work there were wonderful my grandson who is only two didn’t even cry or flinch or move And the 16 year-old Grandson said it was perfect and it was very nice. Thank you all three of You ladies are wonderful!
