Terrible experience with Echocardiogram Tech Jessica-Lyn Evers; rude, cold, impatient, unepathetic, dismissive, as I was having stabbing heart pain which caused me to flinch, be out of breath, high heart rate, also extremely painful when pushing prob into areas of my heart. I let her how painful those issues were, she kept responding "that's not painful I'm barely touching you". First time I went, the nurse had me get on the scale. When she brings me to the exam room, she asked what did the scale say I weighed. Really? The dr. comes in w/an attitude. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Then somehow we got on the subject of her going to Italy and her demeanor changed. I listened to her talk about her vacation for a 1/2 hr. I requested a new dr. The 2nd one wasn't much better. His nurse did the same thing as the previous. Has me get on the scale then proceeds to talk to a coworker and doesn't bother... read more
