Very courteous staff. Friendly, kind and caring. Dr Koffer's been great. Easy to communicate with and understand. Everything you'd expect when dealing with cancer and it's issues.
My doctor sent a referral to them, which I confirmed the received on 11/8/24. I called on 11/18/24 to schedule a new patient appointment still haven’t heard anything. I called again today 11/21/24 and was told someone would get back to me. Update; I finally got a call back on 11/21. I didn’t get an appointment until February 2025, but I guess we are making progress. Called patient representative as noted and of course I had to leave a message. Did not receive a call back. SIGH!
