We ordered our antibodies from Lifespan, and returned the unused antibody as they instructed. Then they said they would not refund to us, but giving credit for the next purchase instead. So, we placed the new order, with the credit code they gave us, but the new transaction still did not apply the credit as they said, even we mentioned several times when placing the new order.
