I always have had great and polite service.
Front desk staff was friendly but it went downhill from there. I was bringing my 5 year old for labs and they aren’t very great with kids, we ended up leaving without her getting her labs done. The biggest issue was the phlebotomist was super sick… congestion and coughing she shouldn’t have been at work or at least could have worn a mask since she’s in close proximity to patients. I’m sure myself and my daughter will now be sick in a few days 🙄 .
Happy and attentive staff. Answered all my questions.
The staff has always been excellent to me when I need to ask them a question over the phone, or when I go in to have Blood drawn. They tell me everything they need to do. I'm very satisfied with all they do. Thank you!!
