Nicole was SO GOOD! I was visiting from out of town and booked a CBD massage on a whim and I cannot believe how lucky I was to have picked Nicole. She released tension in my back like no one has ever done before. When I say “go as hard as you can” I mean it, and Nicole understood the assignment. I get massages frequently but have never had a better experience than this massage. I’m heartbroken I don’t live in the area, but I am already planning a trip back solely to get another massage. 10000/10 recommend!

I got two massages with Nicole who was a lifesaver! I have gotten many massages in different settings and she provided the best service I have ever received. Life spa is lucky to have her. I had developed bad occupational back pain and had further pulled multiple muscles at a workout class. She was kind and patient and took the time to slowly remove all my knots with varying degrees of pressure. She even went over the scheduled time when she saw she had an upcoming break to help me further.
I got a haircut here today with Badri and it was really bad. I feel bad for saying this because she was so nice but she genuinely did not know how to cut men’s hair. The taper has zero blend to it, and I don’t think the back was cut at all. To pay $65 for this haircut is insane. For that, I expect the absolute best… Do better training your staff lifetime
