if i could leave a 0 star i would. first off this place is absolutely filthy, you can tell they never clean. the water they give to guests is from a dirty tap that they also use for cleaning chemical color hair products tools (like bowls and brushes) I WATCHED THEM DO THIS INFRONT OF ME DURING MY SERVICE. the manager Darby i believe is her name, she left a terrible taste in my mouth. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. my hair didn’t turn out good and my experience was far from it too.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a relaxing, rejuvenating experience turned out to be one of the most frustrating, unethical, and downright dangerous encounters I've ever had in a business that claims to offer "wellness." Had a really great massage by Crystal. She had a calming energy and was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Mila for accommodating and helping me to get the 90 minutes and Shelby for great customer service. Will be back !
I liked that it was not too busy and I could make an appointment the same day. The staff is very nice. My nails were done well. But it was not 'a spa' experience. I didn't like that a 40 min pedicure took 25 min, and the tech was looking at her watch all the time. It just made me feel unimportant
Spa review* I really liked Rhonda. Great personality and did great with my color. (She deserves more than 2 stars) The salon is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. The booking process and hidden fees are horrendous. I booked a color and was then charged for a blowout and style for an extra 40 dollars. There was no option for that in the booking, and it was not discussed at any point prior to checking out. I've never had a color where the blow drying wasn't part of the process.
