Had Sharon today for a fabulous massage. I like a light touch and Sharon knows the difference between light and medium. She also did a great job on my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and she really did a spectacular job. Will definitely be rebooking soon! Thank you, your an angel!
if i could leave a 0 star i would. first off this place is absolutely filthy, you can tell they never clean. the water they give to guests is from a dirty tap that they also use for cleaning chemical color hair products tools (like bowls and brushes) I WATCHED THEM DO THIS INFRONT OF ME DURING MY SERVICE. the manager Darby i believe is her name, she left a terrible taste in my mouth. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. my hair didn’t turn out good and my experience was far from it too.
Had a really great massage by Crystal. She had a calming energy and was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Mila for accommodating and helping me to get the 90 minutes and Shelby for great customer service. Will be back !
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a relaxing, rejuvenating experience turned out to be one of the most frustrating, unethical, and downright dangerous encounters I've ever had in a business that claims to offer "wellness." First and foremost, the manager is the epitome of unprofessionalism. I liked that it was not too busy and I could make an appointment the same day. The staff is very nice. My nails were done well. But it was not 'a spa' experience. I didn't like that a 40 min pedicure took 25 min, and the tech was looking at her watch all the time. It just made me feel unimportant
