I love the Spa at Lifetime Medford. It’s tiny but mighty and Monique is a facial wizard! The spa is so cozy and always exceptionally clean and neat. My skin has never looked so good. This is truly my happy place.

I just had an incredible 50-minute custom massage with Ruth at LifeSpa in Lifetime Medford, and I can't recommend her enough! I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was easily one of the best. Ruth is truly skilled—she knew exactly how to target problem areas while still making the experience deeply relaxing. absolutely love going to this lifespa, my partner and I went in for a couples massage recently (we saw Ruth & Cory) and both therapists were able to make us feel relaxed and accommodate what we look for in a massage (I enjoy light pressure while my boyfriend prefers deep pressure!) I also saw Monique for a custom facial + lash lift and had the most relaxing and results-driven experience. definitely will be coming back soon!
