I had a massage and cupping and it was great!!!! Best massage I’ve ever had. Ruth was very caring about what I needed and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend

Ruth was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and like a whole new person! I am a new member at Lifetime, and I was thrilled to put my $50 benefit towards a massage with Ruth. She is exceptional! Ruth regularly checked in to make sure the pressure worked for me, and it was perfect the entire time. I appreciated the basics of the weight of the blankets (a tad heavier than most places). This was one of the best massages I've had, and I am excited to book future massages with Ruth!
