Highly recommend the LifeSpa and Ruth specifically for a massage! She was incredibly patient, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable with all the questions I had and used a wide multitude of massage techniques, stretches, and pressures to get at some of my tightest muscles. She also gave several good recommendations to help treat some of the pains I've been having. I recently joined the Medford Lifetime and the spa is such a special bonus. I've seen Monique twice for eyebrow wax + tint, and she is incredible. Not only does she provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience at the spa, but her attention to detail and tailored approach for my sensitive skin always makes me feel like I'm in good hands. Both times, I've left Monique's appointments feeling refreshed and fabulous. I would highly recommend!
Zubeda is incredible! Best massage I’ve ever had. Walked out of there with less tension and knots after a 30 minute session. Booked again for longer with her and already can’t wait

Ruth is fabulous. Her hands are magic and she's lovely. She is both The Bomb and The Balm. I am hesitant to write her a review b/c I want to keep her a secret!
