Love the spa - The amenities are truly first class. Lauren has been my barber for a while now and never disappoints. She always provides a great experience with plenty of laughter accompanying my experience. Also, if you are looking for a knowledgeable masseuse, Andee is your gal! She has yet to disappoint. 5 stars for both Lauren and Andee!
Lauren is the best at giving fades and also it’s a wonderful conversationalist. Make sure to get on her calendar!!!! I had an amazing haircut and I will be back!!!!!!!!
Alejandra is the best! I’ve been seeing her for over 3 years now and trust her completely. She takes her time, focuses on my hair health, and is extremely knowledgeable. 10/10, her skills and welcoming energy are unmatched.
I came in for a partial foil appointment with Alejandra expecting a bright, blended blonde refresh. Instead, I left with patchy color, orange tones, bleach bleed marks, and uneven foils throughout my hair. Looking underneath my hair is even worse. There are harsh horizontal lines where the foils were placed, obvious bleed marks, and uneven sections that were either missed or overprocessed.
