I’m responding to the reply left in Google Maps by the LifeSpa owner: I’m not sure what’s going on with your business or why you’re accusing me of leaving a false review. But if it wasn’t Jessica who spoke to me, and it was actually Isabel the LifeSpa manager I’m even more concerned about how your customers are being treated. I don’t even know where to start. I was disrespected today, March 26th, by a girl named Jessica. It’s not the first time she’s been rude and unpleasant, but today she went too far. I’m a spa client—almost about to have an appointment—and I go there to see the amazing Nicole for my nails and the incredible Sharon, who is my hairstylist. I’m very disappointed with my gel manicure from this spa. I got my nails done on December 17th, and by the 20th, one nail chipped. I went back to have it fixed, but by December 24th, another nail’s polish peeled off completely. I was out of town with ruined nails for the holidays. When I called, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and customer service. I won’t be returning.
