I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Jaclyn at the Lifespa and she was fantastic! She has such wonderfully capable hands and gave me a glorious blowout — honestly the best I’ve ever had. China’s services were the best! She always does an amazing job on my gel nails—super clean, long-lasting, and perfectly shaped every time. She’s professional, friendly, and really pays attention to detail. Highly recommend her!
I love the place, the team, the comfort anyone can enjoy while being served, one thing for Im sure about is this place feels different than any other spa in a good way. The team is superb and super welcoming. If you need a place to enjoy and relax LifeSpa is that place.
They canceled my appointment 10 minutes prior to my appointment. They couldn’t have cared less that they waited until I had arrived to cancel my appointment because they double booked. I booked more than a week in advance. Someone is certainly not doing their job. If I would have cancelled I would still owe them all the money, but if they cancel I get “sorry but she’s prioritizing the customer who arrived first. We can take you in nearly 2 hours”.
