I’ve been bringing my son to Alex since she started working at the Life Spa, and we’ve loved her from day one. She takes her time; her fades are always flawless, and she never rushes him the way other places have. Because he’s a child, we’ve had so many bad experiences with quick, uneven cuts, but Alex is patient, skilled, and genuinely amazing at what she does.
got my hair done today and I’m pretty unsatisfied with the results. The stylist was kind and polite, however I feel like what I showed I wanted vs what I got were drastically different. I’ve been told not to get Balayage at a place that doesn’t specialize in it and now I know why. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I reviewed my invoice after I left and I was charged an extra $25 for a gloss treatment that I didn’t ask for. Carla is an incredible massage therapist at LifeSpa. I’ve been seeing her for years and can only rave about her care. The overall spa experience is very relaxing. The Lifetime Facility is exclusive and I love my time there.
