Kelsey and the entire spa staff is amazing! My only complaint was the noisy fitness class that was going on upstairs. You could hear everything in the spa.
Gianna & Victoria they did amazing during the whole process, my curly hair came back to life. 🤍 Definitely recommend getting serviced at the life spa!

I would like to start off with saying I have never left a bad review before, so that within itself shows how pissed I am. I have been going to Burr Ridge Lifespa for 4 years now without a complaint. Susan is a lifesaver! I had plexigel manicure not even two weeks ago (at a different salon)and it was already lifting. 🤦♀️ I made an appointment with Susan with the intention of maybe refilling the plexigel. Susan listened to my concerns and basically performed magic and fixed my nails. I was very pleased with her expertise and so happy to have found her.
