I would like to start off with saying I have never left a bad review before, so that within itself shows how pissed I am. I have been going to Burr Ridge Lifespa for 4 years now without a complaint. Susan is a lifesaver! I had plexigel manicure not even two weeks ago (at a different salon)and it was already lifting. 🤦♀️ I made an appointment with Susan with the intention of maybe refilling the plexigel. Susan listened to my concerns and basically performed magic and fixed my nails. I was very pleased with her expertise and so happy to have found her. What a wonderful experience. After going to several high-end salons, like Mario Tricoci And wondering what I even paid for. It was such a breath of fresh air to have my hair done by Pamela. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and it looked like an Instagram worthy elevated version. If you are thinking about making an appointment Run don’t walk. Just make it. I was also happy to know you don’t have to be a member. and non-members have access to daycare while they get their hair done as well.
