I had an AMAZING facial with Marina. It has been a few days and my skin looks and feels so perfect and refreshed, Marina is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I’m really looking forward to my next facial with her! Side note ; I love that they use Eminence Organics products

Worst massage experience ever. I had to remind the therapist 3 times to put pressure, she was just rubbing oil it seemed. Also in middle of massage she asked me if I want hot stones, without telling they are additional charge. I said yes bcz many places give them free. Then when she got to my front for massage she said if she does hot stones it will take extra time so I said to skip them. They still charged me full price for hot stones. Absolutely awful customer service. I was driving from almost an hour away and got stuck in traffic so I called to inform them I was running 8 minutes late. To which I received the response that they can reschedule me for another day because it was their nail tech’s last appointment of the day and I guess she wanted to go home. Now this would be acceptable in 2 cases: One, if their policy stated that they don’t accept any lateness. Two, if they didn’t already waste a ton of my time during my previous appointment. I would give more than five stars if I could! I tell everyone I know to come here to get your nails done!! Tanya is absolutely incredible, I’ve been here almost every month for the last year and every single time my nails look absolutely amazing and I get so many compliments on them!!!
