Had the best experience with Alex at Life Time Syosset! I got a facial and wax and she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything, and really took the time to make sure my skin was taken care of. I left feeling so refreshed and glowing, and the wax was super smooth and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend booking with her!
Had a facial with Alex and took advantage of the monthly special. In addition to my skin feeling hydrated and glowing she has a relaxing massage technique that makes the whole experience so relaxing! No pressure or pitches for products and she customized based on my needs - can't wait to go back !
Terrible service charged me for 3 appointments when I let them know I had an emergency. Was a loyal customer for 6 years won’t be coming here anymore. Let me highlight very very rude front desk lady. Avoid this spot.
