Very mediocre. Hair services are not worth it. Massage was basic and fine. It is definitely convenient but if you have ANY problem with your services, you will not find resolution and you will be out $$$$. You are better off finding a place with a better service and staff. Remember....just because someone has 10 years of experience....can just as easily mean they have 10 years of experience doing a half ass job.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming to see Lyssi for esthetic appointments for several years. Everyone there is fun, sweet, well-trained and knowledgeable. ♥️

Lyssi is absolutely amazing! I have gotten facials all over the world, and none beat her. So happy to have this gem right here in Des Moines. I am leaving with a relaxing pain free glow!

I had the most incredible experience at Lifetime Spa thanks to two absolute gems—Lyssi and Danielle. Lyssi gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. Not only is she highly skilled, but she’s also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and genuinely cared for. Just had a spa day at Lifetime with the beautiful Lyssi and Danielle. The magical facial I just experienced with Lyssi and the magical hands from Danielle were surreal. I loved my time. Both of them made me feel so special coming in today. 11/10. Totally recommend going there.
