WORST haircut of my life. I asked for subtle highlights that blend with my natural hair and they gave me streaks of bleach. Left feeling worse than when I came. The guy dropped his tools genuinely like 6 times, and I wanted my bangs to be even like every other haircut I’ve had and he told me halfway through that I had a cowlick and wouldn’t be able to- then after asking him again to please even my bangs he did. I always say they should take a before and after photo of my hair. My stylist, Lori, is truly an artist and very professional,knowledgeable and personable.
Was excited because I got a gift certificate for my birthday. Was a little disappointed because the prices were higher than listed on the services "menu" but whatever. Did a 30 minute massage which was absolute heaven then went to get my hair colored. The colorist did a fine enough job (left color past my hairline on my forehead), but I have naturally curly hair and he had NO idea what to do with that. Terrible Spa services - don't waste your money here - for the price you are better off going to a real spa for a luxury experiance. I also think the ladies that work here are racists so as a black woman would never go back
