Atorena is wonderful. She is very attentive to her clients' needs and preferences. She is wonderful with trying new styles
I always say they should take a before and after photo of my hair. My stylist, Lori, is truly an artist and very professional,knowledgeable and personable.
Was excited because I got a gift certificate for my birthday. Was a little disappointed because the prices were higher than listed on the services "menu" but whatever. Did a 30 minute massage which was absolute heaven then went to get my hair colored. The colorist did a fine enough job (left color past my hairline on my forehead), but I have naturally curly hair and he had NO idea what to do with that. Terrible Spa services - don't waste your money here - for the price you are better off going to a real spa for a luxury experiance. I also think the ladies that work here are racists so as a black woman would never go back
