I’m extremely disappointed with the gel pedicure I received at the LifeSpa in Fridley. While removing my previous gel, the technician repeatedly filed and buffed several of my natural toenails until they became visibly pink, extremely thin, and painful. I told her during the appointment that the filing was hurting. She was also leaving a significant amount of the previous gel behind and appeared ready to apply the new color over it. From the moment I walked into the salon, I knew I was in good hands. Joseph greeted me with a warm smile and a clear understanding of what I was looking for. The result? The best haircut I've ever had. In fact, part of me doesn't even want to share this review for fear I'll never get a chance to have him cut my hair again because once this secret is out I know he'll be booked solid, but a haircut this good deserves the respect of a glowing review. Im in Minnesota for a trip and stopped by the lifespa for a body massage and got to meet Abigail. WHEN I TELL YOU SHES GOOD, THAT DOESNT DO HER JUSTICE!!! She was amazing! She actually listened and met my areas of concern. She used the perfect pressure and was able to adjust it for my needs and comfort. I walked in sore, walked out on cloud 9! I’ve been to the Fridley Lifespa before but this was my first time seeing Joseph and I had a great first experience with him! Great attention to detail and extra massage like treatment I hadn’t had before!
