If you need someone to make you blonde, Joseph is the guy! I was with him for 3 years before moving out east (saw him a few times while I was back visiting) and was over the moon when I saw that he was at White Bear Lake! He does such a great job and you have an enjoyable time in the chair while he’s working his magic. So happy to be reunited with him!!
Joseph Rooney custom colored and blew out my hair and it looks so pretty and natural like I was in the sun. He also styled it and gave me a hand and neck massage. He is a miracle worker and so quick. It was very nice to be able to drop off my children at the Kids Academy and to know they were in excellent hands with Patty and the rest of the fabulous staff there too. I will be referring my friends absolutely! Exceeded my expectations and the quick turnaround is a big bonus too. I also learned about hair products. Thank you!
Been going to Joseph for many years. He takes pride in his haircutting work and I ALWAYS receive compliments — every time. I followed him from another Lifetime location and hopefully he will be around for a Very long time. I’ve had 2-3 friends I have referred to him over the years and they were pleased as well! The staff here are welcoming. Shout out to Joseph, he is phenomenal! Listens and understands what my needs are as a client and recommends what works best for me. He cuts our whole family’s hair. Genuinely great at what he does and clearly has a passion for it. The location is great and convenient. Thank you Joseph for taking such great care of us!
