Please go and see Kide at the Lifetime Spa if you want all of your back pains to go away. She was amazing and listened to all my needs and adjustments. Loved my massage with her and will be back!
I had a hair appointment scheduled for an event on 5/24/25. Received notification on my app, showed up for my hair appt at noon, and apparently they fired the stylist I had an appt with, but did not bother calling to re-book my appt and had ZERO hairstylist at their salon that was open!!! Offered me 20% on my next service, which is a slap on the face. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It appears you don't want clients of you don't communicate with us!!
Life Time Spa in Garland is awesome !! I recommend getting a massage with Grace , she was amazing! I left feeling really relaxed and ready for the day !
The team members were so nice and welcoming and my massage experience was great - highly recommend
