The best lifetime facility in Houston
They don’t yet have a cold plunge, why I have to go west 25 miles to use lifetime cinco ranch because they have a cold plunge. Both have excellent yoga classes and saunas
Flew into town and continued to have lower Life Spa as nearby and called to request a 65 minute massage, with CBD lotion. Was given (with enthusiasm) Mary who was described as a pro! Mary is more than a pro, she can find just the right areas to work on, provide the right pressure, identify areas I wasn't aware were in spasm. While I love a massage to relax - this was to try and allow less pain and work out the spasms. I was so impressed with her knowledge of anatomy and ability to bring relief.
