The customer service was truly fantastic. I went to get balayage done on my hair. Unfortunately, when I got it done, it was very chunky and more like thick highlights. There was discoloration halfway down my hair, and it was two different lengths on each side. When I called, asking how to fix it, LifeTime was REALLY good about making sure I went in and saw someone else, making sure I left happy with my hair.
