I'm in Michigan for work and just had my first appointment at LifeSpa and I couldn't be more pleased. The salon is very clean and relaxing and the team were all very welcoming, offering me a drink on arrival. Sherry is a great nail technician who is very professional and knowledgeable. I had popped into the salon the previous day and Sherry listened to my needs/concerns and was able to advise me on the best treatment for me personally. Had a great massage with Ali today. She had excellent technique, a good level of pressure, she was very attentive and she relieved the problem I had been having in my neck and shoulder. Ali also communicates very well, I can tell that she really enjoys what she does and cares about people. I booked another session and will be coming back for awhile. I am an avid runner and exercise enthusiast who nedds this level of care and compassion, attention and healing work.
Amy cut my hair today (I only get my hair cut once every year or 2; so it’s a treat when it’s time.) I have straight, long hair with not much style. She made it look lively and fun again! Bonus, very friendly and time efficient! I will definitely be back sooner than my regular haircuts!
