Always friendly. I am not easy to draw from but the staff is patient and professional.
Faith and Evelyn where super nice and took great care of my husband and I during our blood donation today ☺️
Very poor customer service experience. The facility staff was unable to answer basic technical questions. When drawing blood the staff member missed my vain and caused extensive bruising.
Amanda and Brooke at the Durbin plaza(bus) were amazing and very much helpful in relaxing with great conversations. Looking foward to giving blood with them in the future 'Ronnie'
