Sat in there for about an hour and a half while it was dead. Staff was nice but unprofessional and after 2 whole weeks I still haven’t received my e-gift card (was supposed to have it within 5 days) so I gave a call. When I called they almost couldn’t even find me in the system and that right there tells me already how unprofessional they are but to make matters worse they said they would have the “lady that sends the cards” send me mine and I would have to wait 2 more days. I’m editing this review because I’ve now been giving platelets at Life South for more than 2 years. This location has the ability to find kind and friendly staff with good working knowledge. I look forward to my time spent with them. I also feel a sense of pride for helping people go through cancer treatments. This is the best place to give blood at any level you can.
I've donated here at this facility around half a dozen times. The staff is always polite, friendly & knowledgable, in my experience. They genuinely care about your well-being at all times.
