Great staff! Easy to get in and out! One recommendation - please update the hours on your door. I was provided information thats posted on your front door for Saturday.
Donated for the first time ever today. Everyone at the facility was incredibly kind, quick, and professional. I was really nervous because I have a fear of needles but the tech who stuck the needle was so good, I barely felt it! A different tech removed the needle and again, I barely felt it at all. It was such a calm and easy experience, and I’m so glad I did it. Thank you, LifeSouth and thank you to the employees who were so amazing today. ❤️
Of the 3 people I know who’ve given “whole blood” here, every one reports an experience dramatically more painful and with more tissue damage than giving the same at Red Cross. I personally have given “double red” here three times so far without any issue, but reportedly they’re using an inappropriately sized needle or very poorly designed draw process for the “whole blood” draw.
Always so nice and I’ve never had to wait long at all
