I was very pleased with the encounter at NextGen Hearing Centers. Everything was explained clearly and made sure I understood. Everyone was very polite and cordial. I would highly recommend for any degree of hearing difficulties.
Extremely unprofessional! Office: 559 W Twincourt Trail Unit 604B, St.Augustine My elderly mother had dropped off her hearing aids over a month ago. We receive no calls about completion and had to call several times. Once someone was reached she was told the devices can be picked up after 2pm on a particular Friday. Skip was very helpful with my hearing healthcare decision. He cut through all of extraneous stuff and helped me with my decision to choose the Phonak L90. I can now hear conversations and the television clearly even with the volume set low.
