Constantly had sore Legs and Knees being on my feet all day at work. As soon as I started using Lifesoles the aches and pains stopped. Would highly recommend. I can't where shoes with out them now
I have had my Innersoles orthotics for over a year now and i cant be without them. i purchased to half orthotics to fit in ladies slip on shoes and full length to put in my sneakers. The full length were easy to trim to my size and fit in the shoe perfectly. I didnt need to wear them in as they were comfortable straight away. The half design are great for the flat slip on ladies shoes that never give you any support.
