The receptionist is kind, welcoming, helpful, and amazing! But my experience w the old dentist was not a positive one. I’ve had 2 appointments here but during my 2nd one, I was not clearly informed beforehand that my tooth was going to be extracted. The dentist had already applied the numbing cream before I realized what was happening. I had to ask whether my tooth was being pulled, and only then was I told that it was. I had a really nice experience from start to finish. The clinic responded very quickly after my appointment request and follow-up email, and they really tried to accommodate my schedule. The place is clean, cozy, and has parking available. Dr. Daniel was very kind and gentle during my cleaning and checkup. He also gave helpful recommendations for my sensitive gums and even provided complimentary floss, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Highly recommend!
